5.Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention;
1)Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2) Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3)Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
4) If you are not professional in parallel and series batteries, please don't handle the battery by yourself. It may cause danger and hurt the cycle life of battery.
6.Does your home energy storage system support APP or WIFI monitor?
Yes, our home ESS support build in WIFI router or APP to monitor and control in real-time.
7. How long is the warranty?How to maintain the after-sales services of the quality problem?
The warranty of our portable solar power stations is 1 year,home system storage is 6 years. Our company can offer spare parts,customers can rapair and replace the parts parts by themselves according to the instructions within the warranty period.If beyond the warranty period,customers need buy the spare part,also our company can offer the instructions service to help you.
